Help using Eventsuno and reporting access barriers.

Our approach

Eventsuno uses semantic headings, labelled forms, keyboard-accessible controls and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Public event information is rendered as HTML so it remains available without JavaScript. Some optional features, including nearby search, require JavaScript and browser support.

Third-party services

Ticket sellers, directions providers and consent platforms manage their own interfaces. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of those services or the physical accessibility of listed venues. Confirm venue arrangements directly.

Tell us about a barrier

Email help@eventsuno.com with the page URL, the task you were trying to complete and any assistive technology involved. We will use the report to investigate and improve the experience. We do not claim a completed independent accessibility certification.
