The service

Eventsuno is an independently operated event discovery service. Contact the operator at help@eventsuno.com. Operator identity and contact-address details must be completed before public launch. Eventsuno provides event discovery and trip-planning information. These terms govern your use of our site. They do not replace the terms of a ticket seller, event organiser, hotel, restaurant or transport provider.

Accuracy and changes

Events may be rescheduled or cancelled. Prices, opening hours and availability may change after a source is checked. Confirm material details with the official source before purchasing or travelling. A nearby listing does not guarantee availability, accessibility, suitability or a particular route.

Purchases and refunds

We do not take ticket or accommodation payments. Your contract for a purchase is with the provider that takes your booking. Contact that provider about delivery, changes, refunds or disputes.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass technical protections, overload the service or misuse other people's information. Public search engines may crawl publicly accessible pages in accordance with our robots instructions. Separate rights apply to provider data and images; public display does not grant a redistribution licence.

Content rights

Provider names, event images, marks and descriptions belong to their respective rights holders. Eventsuno's original writing and design may not be reproduced beyond uses allowed by law without permission. Report rights concerns to help@eventsuno.com with the page URL and supporting details.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or complete third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights. We do not claim that a disclaimer removes statutory duties.

Contact and disputes

Please contact help@eventsuno.com to raise a concern. Applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections continue to apply. We do not impose a foreign exclusive court requirement on consumers. Changes to these terms apply prospectively.
