A handling fee of 2€ applies pero order. Minors under 16 years of age may only enter the venue if accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized responsible adult with a ticket in the same section. It is mandatory to complete the access form for minors, through which a QR code will be obtained and must be shown at the entrance on the day of the concert.
