Premier- 2200 Encore Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009. VIP Parking Lot- 2300 Encore Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30009. Rideshare and Dropoffs- 11450 Maxwell Road, Alpharetta, GA 30009.

Accessible seating is located in Orch1, Orch3, 101, 103, and 105 row WC (There is accessible seating on the General Admission Lawn: Requires only a lawn ticket, no special ticket required).

Bag Policy: To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, or vinyl bags no larger than 12x6x12 and/or small clutch bags 6x9. Diaper bags are permitted for guests with babies, and they must be thoroughly searched and tagged for identification upon entry. Cashless Payments: ALL points of sale including premier parking, merchandise, food & beverage will ONLY accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay). For fans that wish to use cash, cash to card conversion will be available on-site. Lawn Chair Policy: Outside lawn chairs are NO LONGER ALLOWED Items ALLOWED to be brought into venue: *Clear plastic, or vinyl tote bags no larger than 12inX6inX12in or small clutch bags (6inX9in). *small, personal size umbrellas *Water: Up to 1 (one) gallon in a factory sealed bottle. All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap.
