Kensington Palace

There is no on-site car parking at Kensington Palace. An NCP car park is located on Bayswater Road.

The venue is wheelchair accessible, including accessible toilet facilities. All wheelchair customer should contact the Oxford Shakespeare Company on 0870 609 2231.

Smoking is not allowed in the venue. The use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile phones is not permitted during the performance. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Customers are not allowed to bring picnics into the Palace grounds.

Children aged 4 and under are admitted free, provided they do not occupy a seat. In the interests of other patrons, any young children making excessive noise may be asked to leave.
